It’s Tuesday. You’ve made six decisions before lunch. Then you open LinkedIn and suddenly the only thought you can lead with is, “Does anyone else smell coffee?”
Here’s one more reason to write that book you’ve been thinking about. A single manuscript can give you a year’s worth of things to say.
Say you write 13 chapters. Pull four things from each: a story, a mistake, a lesson, and a question your customers keep asking. That’s 52 weeks of content. Look at you, doing math on LinkedIn without calling it a framework!
Take a chapter about your first big hire. The story becomes a LinkedIn post. The interview question you wish you’d asked becomes a newsletter. The one thing you’d do differently becomes a short video. Same chapter, three reasons for someone to pay attention.
Try it before you write a word of the manuscript. Pick one chapter you’d want to include and jot down four things you could share from it. You might have next month’s content by the time your coffee cools!
